1. What BeoDraft is
BeoDraft is a planning tool that drafts Banquet Event Orders and program budgets from your descriptions. It is a productivity aid for event professionals, not a booking agent, travel agency, or party to any contract between you and a venue or vendor.
2. Estimates, not quotes
All pricing, capacity, availability, and budget figures shown in BeoDraft are tier-based estimates compiled from public and general-industry sources. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees. Actual pricing, room capacities, minimums, and terms come only from the venue or vendor. Verify every figure before relying on it. BeoDraft is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its estimates.
3. AI-generated content
BEOs, budgets, and recommendations are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all output before using or distributing it.
4. Accounts & billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend accounts that do.
