What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email and the programs you save. Without an account, your work stays in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. We do not sell your data.
How your inputs are used
The text and audio you enter are sent to AI providers (Anthropic for drafting, Google Gemini for voice transcription) solely to generate your BEOs, budgets, and transcripts. We don't use your event details to train models.
Processors we use
Hosting (Vercel), accounts and storage (Google Firebase), payments (Stripe — we never see your full card number), and the AI providers above. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
Your choices
Delete any saved program from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us. Using BeoDraft without signing in keeps everything device-local.
